My domain just brings me to x10hosting.com

Changed my name servers a few hours ago, and my domain is now just bringing me to www.x10hosting.com, is this a propagation issue? Im thinking it should bring me to my new joomla install...

It's not a propagation issue, since fortjobs.ca.x10.bz resolves to an X10 server (boru). It might be related to the cPanel issues described in the announcement at the top of the Free Hosting forum page. The admins are going to be working hard on that problem for awhile. Hopefully, that will also fix your issue.
