My domain name is stuck in limbo on Fris

I can not see www.motherearthevents.co.uk but I can see motherearth.x10hosting.com. I can see my domain as an addon in the Account screen but not in Cpanel. When I try to add it in Cpanel it says it is already there! This has been this way ever since I migrated from Cossacks and now you have started on another server! Please can someone help?

I've got exactly the same problem with the added bonus of no response to support tickets.

Why they've started on a new server before fixing this is beyond me.

Problem:

Add-on domain motherearthevents.co.uk shows /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Will escalate this to a Support Ticket, which will close the thread but you can follow the ticket by clicking on the yellow bar that will appear at top OR by going to you Account Panel
