my domain or subdomain gets diverted to the suspended page but panel shows unsuspende

When i try to open any of my domain or subdomain i get diverted to the suspended page. But in my Management panel it shows me as unsuspended. Also i am unable to login to cpanel.
Can you please tell me why my account gets diverted to suspended page & the steps to resolve it back.
