Since you did not mention, it depends exactly what has happened with your account. If it was suspended for inactivity (not visiting these forums at least once per month), you can restore your account by going to the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php)
If the account has been terminated, then unfortunately it cannot be restored, but you are welcome to open a new account if this is the case.
Finally, if you are on lotus or cossacks, all accounts on that server are currently suspended while they are being transferred to a new server. The last I heard was that the transfers are 80% complete, and should be complete in the next 24 to 48 hours. Please see the status page for more information (http://status.x10hosting.com/)
