When I go to my sites domain it gives me this message:

co.cc domains are not given out by x10hosting (like they do x10.mx or x10.bz ).

They are handled by co.cc . You have to go there, register your domain (it is free), and then set the DNS name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
