my domaine not works !!

i set up my domaine (bingaa.com) with x10hosting two days ago , nothing works
when i go to bingaa.com the page not open
but in http://anonymouse.org/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi/http://bingaa.com , it works fine
also the site open at some people but some others not
What is the problem ??!
