are pointing on x10hosting (69.175.6.102), when I try to access the website it's writen this :

The domain you requested is not currently pointing to an active hosting account. Why not sign-up for your own free hosting account today?

When I try to park it in cPanel :

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: habbo-web.fr.cr est déjà configuré

(I use the french version)

Your site URL seems to be http://habbo-web.fr.cr.x10hosting.com/

The DNS records for
habbo-web.fr.cr seems to be some other IP and not of X10s
For A records use this IP 69.175.104.34

I am Escalating your thread to staff, they will clear DNS entries for your domain. after that you can change your domain.
