my email is not in database

Hi
I had working with your host and is great. I want remake totally it (is clear now), purchasing first any upgrade, but...
I can login to account panel, with my forums name
I can login to control panel, with my hosting user name
I can not login to clients area (who am i here?) and my mail '.....' is not present in database when I try recover my password...(I had the same problem with account panel: with 36 attemps, more or less, I remembered it)
Can you confirm or reset my email adress?

The clients area as in http://clients.x10hosting.com? Did you previously purchase an upgrade? I don't quite understand this: "purchasing first any upgrade, but..."

If you did not purchase an upgrade already, you probably don't have an account at the Clients area which is like the Account Panel for paying customers. Accounts there are completely separate from free hosting.

Free hosting areas are the account panel and control panel. The clients area is for premium hosting or the free hosting upgrades.
