My Email is not Working after migration

Hello

my website is working fine but i can't send or receive email in my account.

I receive the following error when using thunder bird with no authentication the mail shows up in my sent items but is not received.

HTML:
An error occurred sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting:  Cannot connect to SMTP server 198.91.81.2 (198.91.81.2:25), NB connect error 1460

When i use ssl the mail doesn't even show up in the sent items folder.

Kindly look into the matter.

I am still unable to send or receive the any email messages.

the NB part i googled and found that it may be due to avast that i have installed on my computer. I tried accessing my mail without avast and still not getting any response.

Kindly look into the matter. i think the email server should now work since miragtion has been completed on absolut to xo1
