my email is not working through outlook and i cannot read email through webmail

hi when i go onto my outlook and i press send and receive to update my emails i get lots of errors and i am not able to see any new emails i get the error

and also when i go to webmail to check my emails it comes up with an error and says it has been logged with the administrator.
