My Emailed username,my site url and My Cpanel doesn't work

I tryed my username and password and my site url and Cpanel doesn't work.When I type my site and click it from my email It says that there where no documents of scorchingtorchic.x10hosting.com.

It worked yesterday!But not now.I don't know why.

Please help me.

I'm not sure 100%, but by the sounds of it, your account might have been suspended or deleted? I'm not quite sure, maybe best to wait for an account manager to check this out.

Well, maybe it wasn't suspended then, maybe there was an error with some processing of the account or something, i'm not sure, but it appears to me that that Domain isn't in use, because i cannot connect to that site, or Cpanel, it really sounds like the account doesn't exist... but yeah... like i said, wait for an account manager or something.

Nope it doesn't work. And you said it worked yesterday but not today? Hmm... My thoughts would be that it DID finish processing and the account WAS created, but then got terminated from an internal error maybe. There's alot of problems with the servers right now.

Yea i think its a server issue they are trying to fix. I get the same error for my site. Oh well I'm sure it will get fixed soon, these guys are great from what I've seen so far.

If it was working yesterday, then yes... GFXDude2010 is right... probably some internal error....you can try remaking your account, or... you can wait for an admin to check the account.

Give it some time. It appears the server may be down, I know the guys have been having some server issues with that server. They are aware of the problem, and are trying to get it solved. It should be back up soon.

I havn't been able to use my account AT ALL, so I know how you feel, Cananrenora. But the servers are kinda screwy right now. Just wait it out!
