My files & a refund

I want my files back as now i'm suspended.. can I please have my files back..? and I'd like a refund for the double thing that i had for 2days.

Sorry, you broke the rules and you cannot be unsuspended. It is the users responsibility to keep backups of his/her files. There is no refunds

Don't worry bout the refund I sent a dispute but i dont care if my account isnt getting unsuspended I just want my files so I can leave.

? Where was the money involved in the free hosting besides asking for more resources? I think the ToS states someplace that the money paid for Doubling resources is non-refundable. The language however was uncalled for. Should've kept local copies of your files like any good webmaster would do.
