My files are missing

My files are missing. I saw them a few minutes ago, then when I came back to upload more images to update my website, everything was gone. Could you restore it, so I can make a copy of the files? I didn't backup some of the files. It would be greatly appreciated. My account is not suspended either. My server was the Starka.

Can you delete the previous post I did about this issue. I didn't know it got posted. I didn't see it.

Your files are all there, where did you try accessing them (via the web, cpanel, or ftp)?

Cpanel and I don't have a ftp account to check through FTP. It won't allow me to make an FTP account. None of the files show up on the web too. I typed in my domain and I get an error.
