My first real site

Hey, so this is the first site I've done for a real job, and I was wondering if anybody had any advice or suggestions for changes?

I am still in the process of finishing it, and getting everything working. One big thing I know I should change somehow, but I don't really know how to is that I know some of the pages are pretty large file wise, and that they won't be accessible to people with slow connection(for example the front page).
