My forum is messed up?

I installed a theme for my forum and it won't show any tabs so I can't change it back to the normal SMF theme...
Can you guys help me out?

Remove the files for that theme and it should go back to the regular one or just be plain and white..

I can't do it because there is no admin tab. There is nothing I can really see...

I would just rename the directory that contains the theme.

Go in with FTP or cPanel --> File Manager.

You should have a directory Themes with subdirectories for each theme you have loaded.
