my website still off it's been days now but still not back what's going on i don't know what is all about if it's error. But this is coming out in my website..

: Table './lalany_smfforum/smf_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

cPanel --> Databases --> PHPMyAdmin

Click on the SMF database

Check the smf_sessions table

Dropdown list at the bottom of the list of tables, "With selected", choose "Repair"

Seems to be what the error message is asking.
