Since early last night, I have not been able to access my forum. Figured it was the server and so I waited it out for the whole night. Weird thing is... other members of my forum have access but I, however, do not. I cannot login to my FTP or anything.
Then I try to login to my account management here and get this:
An Error Has Occurred
The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours.
So I have no clue what to do or what the problem is and I was wondering if someone can please help me out as well.. It would b much much appreciated!
