my forums don't work...

i was trying to mess with my webclient to get it to work right, well like a few minutes ago i try to go to my forums and i got the error

Language file en/common.php couldn't be opened.

could any one help me?!?!
im using phpbb3 forums =]

Upload that file again. It seems you deleted it.

i didn't delete it so when i looked to make sure i did delete it so i could try to reupload it and it didn't work still got the same error =[
