My free hosted web page has disappeared ?

MY free hosted web page disappeared shortly after the move from Texas to Chicago. I observed the requests not to ask about problems, but hope that it is possbile to sort this problem out.

My membership name is alanpaul my web page was alanpaul.X10hosting.com. I paid $30 for an inactivity fee which expires 4.9.2011.

Is it possbile to reactivate my web page or must I resubmit again and build it as new ?

Hello,

We don`t have backup of Old accounts, there was a timeframe to request restore of your account. after that backup server is wiped to make room for new backups. You need to signup for a new account now.
