My FTP and CPanel are not working !!! Please Help

hello,

I got this account : ahmedbiomy.x10hosting.com , for some days the account was down, now its working , but the Cpanel login, and the FTP login are NOT WORKING all the ways !!!

i tried to change my password but nothing happend !
i really started to hate these damn words : "Login Attempt Failed!"
i need to update my website badly !

Please help ill be more than thankfull..
