My FTP files have disappeared

My website has been working fine for months. Suddenly there is a 404 error when you try to go to my site. I checked my file manager and it says "No records found". I can't upload any files eighter. Whats going on? Anybody..

Your public_html folder has been removed, this has either been done by mistake by you, someone you may have inadvertently or deliberately given the details to, or, an insecurity in your site files.

I would suggest you restore a backup you've taken in the past
