my FTP?

I'm trying to locate my FTP so i can assign it to Dreamwaver but since I'm new to the entire Webhosting "my first site is what I'm hosting here" I'm really lost

some upgrades are going on Free Servers. That might be causing this..

im sorry but i seem to have a third problem lol i just uploaded files using dreamwaver whats the folder name that i need to upload to? cause it gave me a 404 error im sorry as i said before im pretty much new

You're supposed to upload files to public_html directory.

The correct folder to upload your website is public_html as calistoy said.

and Full path to the folder is /home/havocs/public_html

well dreamwaver is saying "file does not exist or there could be a permission problem "

is there anything i have to do before i star:nuts:t transferring my homepage to the ftp?

There are upgrades going on for cPanel and Apache. When they are completed and you are still having problems uploading, post back here.
