My Host Not Running help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Host/Friend
Today itself I host my joomla site. After three hours later I again try to modify my new site but I couldnot access it. May be pcriot server is down. But I need more server Uptime I know its not about 100% uptime but still 90% uptime if pcriot server can up then it will be better. I am new and need more time to modify things. SO it will be better if more than 90% server uptime..:nuts:
