No, it's permanent on premium as many of the violations on free hosting are against the premium hosting TOS.

As for details on it, www.x10premium.com, however I will warn you now. Violating the x10premium TOS results in a no-refunds cancellation. If you're not willing to read through the entire TOS and ensure you can follow it, do not bother.
