Hello.
First off, I would like to say that I know x10 hosting very well, since at least 2 years.
My new hosting account doesn't to create itself.
"Pending Hosting Account Signup" is on since yesterday. And I know far well that it doesn't take that much time usually.
But wait, there's more :
When I want to create a ticket request :
"Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news."
My hosting account is on "()" ?? What ?? That means my hosting account is on no server ?!
There's obviously a problem.
Please help me.
