My Hosting Account Has Been Deleted

To whom it may concern,

I have just received a message saying my I do not appear to have a hosting account, which may be due to inactivity. The reason I have been inactive is because you have deleted my account and I am waiting for it to be recovered. Is there anyway you can tell me when this will be recovered as I am waiting to gain the content for my client.

But I need the content off of there. Surely you have backups of the data that you hold? You just done a major server upgrade and I know that to do that you copy all of the data to an alternate media. Not that 20 years worth of server and network managment would teach me that.
