Unsuspension can take time.. Please have patience.

When you click on unsuspension button.. tell the time with time zone..

Edit: you account unsuspended now and your website is working fine

I did check the logs and it seem to be the script in the folder pakistannewsarticles.co.cc causing an issue. If you have any cache related plugins please try and disable those as they can cause high resource usage when the cache is being rebuilt.

:lockd:Thanks account is automatically recovered due to my automated request. It is very small reason to suspend account automatically. I just upgraded few plugins and tried to upgrade Wordpress automatic upgrade untill system went down. Please increase capacity to avoid automatic sispension.

The capacities can`t be increase... We have too many users and also a large number of users are abusing this great service.

If your Account will use 25 % of CPU usage for more than 1 minute then it will be automatically suspended..

• 25% CPU
• 5% memory (eg 400 MB)
• 240 seconds of CPU time per hour
• 20 concurrent processes executing

Boss is right though - the guidelines aren't going to be increased. From my own experience though, these are pretty good for running most things, unless you've got some seriously bad code or something that rebuilds cache/image databases (such as generating thumbnails).
