I am reducing the widespread use of the system. The Code of suspension is SPND_RUSAGE3

An account manager will see this and unsuspend your account shortly. They should be able to provide info on what script is causing the resource usage suspension to be triggered as well. If you're using CMS/Blogging software such as Joomla, Wordpress, or forums with a lot of plug-ins, try to rule out which plug-in is causing the high usage. AJAX and Fetcher plug-ins tend to use the most resources.
