My hosting account was suspended.Can I do anything to get my account un-suspended?

My free hosting account was suspended by x10Hosting's administration yesterday, but I couldn't open the URL: http://x10hosting.com/portal/?support&newappeal to resolve. The data in the account is very important for me.


The suspendsion reason is "account sending unsolicited/spam email messages or spamvertised". I just created one email account to test the function of email system, and I have not even really send one email to others. I am very satisfied with the services of x10hosting, and I will cherish my account forever. I really don't know how to resolve. Please help me!


My cPanel username is "ilovecmp", please help me to restore my account. Thank you!

I'm lifting the suspension shortly, however this looks to have been the result of a script compromise from insecure software on the account. Due to this, I have moved your old public_html to public_html_compromised; do NOT put any files from this folder live without manually checking them to ensure they are not compromised. If at all possible, I would strongly recommend abandoning these files altogether and reinstall from vendor supplied installer packages only to ensure no compromised files are put live again. We can only lift a suspension for a compromise like this once, so make sure to re-secure the account as soon as possible (including changing passwords on all accounts, including any email accounts you have set up through cPanel) and keep all software up-to-date to help prevent exploits. You may want to look into the software as well for any tips/tricks on securing it further (Wordpress has an article entitled 'Hardening Wordpress' on their own internal help codex; I'm not sure if the software you use has anything similar though).

As far as that link goes, I've already notified our admin team and they're working to resolve it so the disputes can actually be opened the normal way. The account itself should be live again shortly.
