I can't see a hosting account linked to this forum account, but the email address matches. Please tell us your cPanel username so we can perform an additional check.

We need a cpanel username to determine if the cpanel user has either become unlinked, or if it was terminated. Only cPanel username will work for what stp's trying to do.

Hello,

That is not a valid cPanel username. cPanel usernames are 8 characters or less alphanumeric.
