I recently received an email, friendly reminding me, that my x10 account is getting "stale" so-to-speak. I decided, sure, I liked the x10 hosting, so I wanted to login again. I reset my password then logged in again, but now it says I have no hosting account, should I just sign up again?

Might be your Old account is terminated because of inactivity. Signup again.
First Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and Login with forums username and password there. Then Go to http://x10hosting.com/signup.php to Register a new hosting account under this forums account.
If you don`t understand anything please ask again.
