My hosting got deleted even though I am part of the forum?

I got a message today saying if I dont login or participate in the forum i will have my hosting account deleted

I made an account earlier today and I even made a thread introducing myself today

I currently cannot login ftp or access my website

I am guessing my account got deleted...

any help?

my username for cpanel is flexshot

Hello, you have to login to the forums once a month, I see you as unsuspended but, please go to http://x10hosting.com/control and check if you are unsuspended and you can unsuspend yourself there.

Try logging in using http://flexshot.x10hosting.com:2082

Thank you derek... what should I do so that this doesnt happen next time? I will definitely be a part of this community but I was just wondering maybe my cpanel name and my forum name might be causing some confusion for the hosting admin that controls the accounts?

I made a thread earlier today as soon as I got an email stating I had to be active in the forums ( I never knew I had to login once a month .. I will do much more than just login ) that's why i am wondering what happened

All you have to do is login to the forums once every month to remain active so that your account doesn't get suspended.
