I understand that my account has been suspended to protect files. What I don't understand is what I need to do to make my pages accessible to the outside world again. I thought I just needed to make a request as specified in the error message as the service cannot be restored automatically. Please clarify.

On a slightly different note. The error message told me to raise a trouble ticket. I am just following the instructions on the trouble ticket. Why are you referring me to a note in the forum when the error message doesn't?
