You are limited to sending out 100 emails per hour on Free Hosting, and all bulk emails must be in compliance with both our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. After reviewing your account after unsuspending it, I found a publicly-accessible bulk-email script at se/email_manager_free_with_smtp.php. This is a violation of our Terms of Service and resulted in me re-suspending your account. Unfortunately, this is a permanent suspension, which means your account will not be unsuspended in the future and per sections 6 and 8 in our Terms of Service, all access to it has been revoked and you cannot gain access to any backups x10Hosting may have taken.
