My Hosting Stopped Working

For the past 2 days I haven't been able to access the front end or the admin area of my website, blank screen, page load error, network timeout.

The only places I can access are cPanel and FTP.

I can't even access your site. Can you PM me a username/password?

I PM'd it to a staff member previously after my account was suspended for not being able to be reviewed, they said they would add it to your records.

Anyway, these should work:

Username: test
Password: test

It's still not working, I don't even get prompted to input the username and password. It just loads for about 20 seconds and then says page load error.

Yet I can access any other site on the web.

Not for me, I don't even get the prompt to enter my username and password to access the site.

I cleared all browser temp files, I flushed dns. I don't know why I can't access the site!

And I just tried accessing cPanel and it said:

Internal Server Error:
The server is too busy to handle your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

I was able to access my site yesterday for about 10 minutes, that was it, now all I get is Page Load Error: Network Timeout

Can you please do something about this!?
