My hosting suspended

my hosting suspended and i am unsuspended it. but my hosting close after. i sign up for new hosting. but an error:

Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date.​

i'm from Argentina.
Can youunsuspend my hosting?​

As noted by the message, signups from Argentina are blocked.
You don't have a hosting account under your forum name. If you want to know why it was terminated, post your previous cpanel and i can get an admin to look into this.
