It shows just fine, but the default web page for new accounts is very "sticky" -- it will be cached aggressively by your machine and by any proxies your ISP may be using to make their speed look better than it really is. For local cache issues, you'll need to remove the page from your web browser's cache and history. (In some browsers, that will mean deleting the cache and history; in Chrome, at least, you can remove just that page using the History tab.) If that doesn't work, it's likely being cached by your internet provider, and you'll have no real choice but to wait for it to age out of the cache (usually a max of 24 hours).
