My IP address is blocked from x10

I can't figure this out ... When I use a Hide IP program, I can access my site, and cpanel, however I still cannot access my account via SmartFTP. Why is my IP even hidden from x10? - this makes no sense

I removed it from the firewall. Let me know if it works now?
