My IP is blacklisted

Hi friends, could you help me solving this issue? I usually use brave to connect the services and today I use Chrome but see the following message until my login. Could you help me erasing my IP address from the Black List? I am accessing the Forum just using Brave.

This error (banned) occured accessing this page: (login) - https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/user/login-keys/urls


They redirect me to the following help page but it´s sill hapenning the samen error: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=306

if you were blocked only staff can remove the block.

the standard login is https://x10hosting.com/login
that is the only one that counts as your required log in to avoid suspensions.
