my login to cpannel failed regard

My "login to cpanel" and "login to webmail" buttons under the hosting menu is not working.
I got the following error


The connection has timed out
The server at chopin.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

Dear prabhu3361,
This problem could not be because of the server as I see that chopin could be accessed to the cpanel.
Can you please check this out on your PC
1.Flush DNS and clear browser cache
2. Go to https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

Use your cpanel user id and password (remember NOT to user your email id as user id--it is your cPanel ID that is to be used)
Password remains the same as your hosting account password unless you changed it through cPanel.
Plz revert back if the problem persists.
