My MySQL Database is always offline

I've seen this the 10th April:
"We’re having some issues with MySQL not keeping settings properly, going to take it down for a few minutes and do an update."
And now it's the evening of the 12th April, and my DB is always offline. Please can you help me ?

First of all confirm that you are using the localhost as your DBHost in your wp-config.php

Then

goto mysql databases in your Cpanel and

drop user(Don't delete user or database) then
re assign the user to database by giving all privilleges

Then check the site.

First : How do you know that i'm using Wordpress ????

First: because of error it displays about the mysql, It is unique to wordpress
Second: I am glad that it worked.
