My new website doesn't load

I created my domain as instructed in wiki and I pointed my A record to starka 69.175.120.122.
I uploaded website with ftp pointing to my domain name.
But when I try to access my new site the script cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi executes and my site wouldn't load.
Could you kindly help me resolve this issue?
