my own domain

hello !!! please i have a problem with my domain
- i have changed the primary domain (s-snake.x10hosting.com)
to this domain (s-snake.x10.mx) then, my web site doesnt work and when i decide to reset my primary domain (s-snake.x10hosting.com) it doesnt work the error message "the domain you have supplied is already in use"
please help me and thanks

Are you changing your main domain through the x10Hosting Account Management Panel?
To do so, go to https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&modify and from there you can modify your main domain settings. Just click on Modify Hosting Account once you are logged in.
Login with your forum username and password.
