my page doesn't work on the Internet

I've registered today into your website and I got a username, password and domain (aulaingles.x10.bz), and I've used Filezilla to upload the files (I'm not sure about how to use Filezilla) but when I type http://aulaingles.x10.bz into the address toolbar the following message appears. What's the problem?

403 Forbidden
Access is forbidden to the requested page:

www.aulaingles.x10.bz/cgi-bin/ (port 80)

You should upload your website's files directly into public_html, not into cgi-bin.
