My Page Is Missing

I have been losing access to my page intermittently(cuz of services being off line) and now it is gone all together!!! I can not login through cPanel but on x10hosting.com it says its online. HELP!!!

It came back and now its gone again! Currently it show cPanel offline. Also my email says *unknown*, I am going to add my email again. Any hope?

I dont know how to re-open it, but the issue is that my page is missing and it is not there!!!

What page do you mean when you say your page is missing? When I visit your site, I see a new Joomla installation. Do you not see this? Or do you want a different page to display?

Yes, it is a new Joomla installation. I when I go to http://solutions.pcriot.com I get the "Domain Available" page. I've cleared my browser cache and I still see the default blank page. At the time of this reply Apache was online; cPanel was online and I could not login (also a "Authentication Required" password prompt comes up b4 the normal cPanel login).
