My pc fails to start

the Issue with bios stating there is a error on startup is cause you removed the Battery on MOBO you need to reset the BIOS time, happened to me alot. also when you stated you stated you changed heat sink etc did you happen to buy different memory??
2 beeps indicate that your memory Clock speed is to high for the slot, does your MOBO have 4 slots of which 2 are one colour and the other 2 are another colour ?? if its a newer mobo you need to make sure that they are in slot 1-3 or in slot 2-4 not sitting next to each other, also give us the mobo version number on the board itself and i will do some research for you. it going to be too difficult speculating things with out certain information
