Yes you can use this service on free server.

First of all go to domain registrar and point your domain to x10hosting nameservers
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then go to your cpanel.
yoursite.x10hosting.com:2082
or
yourserver.x10hosting.com:2082
Log in there.
Click on parked domain and park your register domain here.
Note that it will take maximum 24 hour to work....
