Hi im hoping theres someone out there that can help me ive recently installed the e107 board to use as a 2142 gaming clan site all seems to be fine intill a purchased my domain name and tried to forward it to my website. If i enter my site with the original url http://aimclan.x10hosting.com/news.php i can log into the admin area but if i try www.AimClanHQ.com for some unknow reason i cant loging to the admin area i have little knowledge with php as most of my websites have been made from hmtl do anyone know how i can fix this problem ?

When you added your other domain, did you set it as a parked domain or an addon domain?
An addon domain will let you use your main domain, but there will be an additional folder which contains the contents of your addon domain.
(e.g. example.x10hosting.com/yoursite.com/ )

A Parked domain will contain the same content as your main domain. (e.g. example.x10hosting.com/abc.html would be the same as example.com/abc.html)

Im not 100% sure i just purchased the domain name from free parking and once i log in it says type url to forward your website it dont tell me if its parked or a addon

OK, there should be an option to change the nameservers or DNS in the members area where you bought your domain.
Change them to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

If there are more than two fields, leave 3 and on blank. Wait a few days and login to cPanel and click Parked Domains. Type in your domain name and now it will be the exact same thing as your subdomain.

3 days later and my sites still down i dont know if i need to do anything else with the domain but now it dont even redirect me anymore www.AimClanHQ.com i did think that we had is sorted when you said change the dns but still no luck can anyone help me.
