my points

I have about 257 points into my point bank account. How do I get those out, because I can't find a way. If I can't, can I get compensation for the unretrievable points?

I thought the bank was deleted because of somthing to do with getting more points....not shure though.

I put those points in before the bank was deleted. Now I can't get them out.
