After seemingly resolving my ISP issues, I have finaly gotten to use x10 again, I wanted to start a fresh site and all but right now after removing almost evrything I have some minor issues.

1. I am left with an email account i cannot remove because when i attempt 2 remove it it says it dosent exist yet it shows up in cpanel as i have 1/5 acounts

2 Fantastico gives me an error when instaling wordpress to my root directory and says that i cannot install more then 1 script there blablabla however I assure u i have completley wiped out the files, database and had fantastico remove everything from its 'registry'

3. I have some problems connecting to account panel right now, was wondering if anyone else does

1. If the email account is on a (sub)domain that is not attached to your account, try adding the domain back onto the account and then removing the email account and then removing the domain.
If that doesn't work, post the email account you want nuked.

2. go up one level from public_html in the cPanel File Manager. You should see a 'hidden' directory (hidden if you do not have dot files enabled) named .fantasticodata
Open it. Look for a file named installed_in_root.php . Try renaming it and then using Fantastico again.

3. my internet still seems to be partly fudged so its not loading but i believe im on stoli so the problem must be something else. I think its my internet still however I dont wana call them back jst yet, I wana know if any1 is having trouble getting 2 account panel.

OOO and i can get into cpanel fine, thats not it i mean the account mangment panel. Justincase there is confusion i thot i should specify that.

Ok. Guess with the new configuration, that trick doesn't work anymore.

What is the problem signing up Account Panel? You know it is your Forum name/pwd and not cPanel?

When we get that cleared up, will escalate the email problem.

Problem:

admin@arcade.total-randomness.co.cc cannot be removed as an email account.

This will close the thread but you can follow the Support Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar at top OR by going you Account Management Panel.
